Prime Rib Roast
Tender grass fed prime rib roast, dry rubbed for 24 hours, then smoked until tender and medium rare. Prime can be offered with a garlic/herb stuffing.
Smoked Whole Pig
Smoked whole 30-40 lb. hog, apple juice injected and smoked for 7-10 hours
Brisket
Tender grass fed beef, dry rubbed for 24 hours, then injected with a marinade and smoked for 9-12 hours.
